I had an air conditioner installed by DCW Electrical & Plumbing through The Good Guys, and I'm disappointed with the quality of the work! The installer left a gap in the downpipe and covered it with silicone, but the gap is still there. They also added a bracket on top of the outdoor unit, which has left sharp edges exposed. I sent Dimuth a photo of the gap and haven't received a reply. I was also charged extra for the job, which I believe was very excessive given the poor quality of the work.
On top of that, Dimuth asked me to sign a customer satisfaction form halfway through the job, before the work was finished.
I would definitely not recommend DCW Electrical & Plumbing!!

I had an issue where our lighting safety switch had turned off and would not turn back on. I contacted DCW Electrical & Plumbing and they quickly sent Dimuth to help. Dimuth was professional, friendly, and very hard-working. He stayed late to identify and resolve the problem, which we really appreciated, especially after spending a night without proper lighting. Thanks to his dedication, we were able to have our lighting back again. Thank you, Dimuth, for your excellent service and commitment. Highly recommend DCW Electrical & Plumbing for reliable and professional electrical work.

My son bought a split system air conditioner from the Good Guys with installation to be done via their trades people which happened to be DCW Electrical & Plumbing. They installed the system within days and I was assuming weeks. I was first notified their attendance would be at a certain time and they were spot on. I showed them the area and they went about their business in a prompt, efficient manner. Very nice to talk to. The job looks great inside and out. I would highly recommend this company. No fuss and professional.

DCW team did a fantastic job in replacing old A/C to new Figitsu low energy A/C. The owner and his team attended on time and boys prepared the ground and had to do bit of lawnmower job with out making a fuzz. They gave valuable advice with regards to our existing A/C units, which was free and not included on the job.Their charges were very reasonable too.
